Purpose (Proposed Solution)
The objective of this project is to design and develop a web application specifically to store, manipulate, analyze, retrieve and distribute information about an organization’s human resources.
Benefits

HR Staff. Web Based Human Resource Integrated System will certainly reduce/lessen human error, properly organize records, reduce cost of paper, printing, folders and storage and much faster compare to the manual process,
Employees. The Web Based Human Resource Integrated System will provide the employees up to date records and access to information is much way faster compare to the manual process.
Objectives (Features of the Web Based Human Resource Integrated System)
The project will be composed of the following modules:
Employees Profile Management – stores and updates personal records and other relevant information
Payroll Processing – generates periodic payroll report and pay slips to every employee based on the calculated time and attendance and as well as calculation various deductions and taxes.
Time and Attendance Management – keeps and manage working time and absences of employees
Training Module Management – tracks education, qualifications and skills of the employees.
Benefits Administration Module – Allows the HR to monitor and update employee participation in benefits programs such as SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, etc.
Scope and Limitation
The Web Based Human Resource Integrated System will be hosted in local server of the institution. The setup is a client-server environment. It will be developed using PHP and MySQL primarily alongside with other web related technology which will run in web browsers (chrome, firefox).
