School publication is an entryway for students to express and voice out their ideas, through making a system for school publication it will catch the attention of every students or individual and readers in innovative, accessible and fun way. This serves as the reliable information about the school, where the events or activities and school related news will be published. Because of the advancement of today’s technology, faster dissemination of information is needed. The proposed Web and Mobile School Publication System can make students aware of the day-to-day activities inside the school campus.
The proposed Web and Mobile Based School Publication System can make the information shareable and more interactive with the readers. It also be able to extend a much wider audience. Making the school publication online it will be more accessible, easier and cheaper for every students or readers who want to access the school publication.
System Implementation
Web and Mobile Based School Publication System was designed and developed by the researchers to solve the problems in availability and accessibility of the schools public information through schools publication online. If implemented, this will help to make the accessibility and dissemination of information faster and the user may take less effort in accessing school publication or school reports. For further improvement of the system, the researchers will present the project to the end user. They will provide questionnaire for clarification and difficulties that may be encounter while operating.

Students. When school publication will be upgraded into digitized version, it will be easier for the students to access the school publication.
Teachers. Through this, teacher will be also benefited by this system. Teachers are the adviser of students in school publication, so when the system will be implemented teachers can easily monitored the work of the students.
Readers. Because the school publication can be access online many people can benefit from this, a wide range of audience can read it and know the current events or activities inside the school.
Project Plan/SLDC Model
In this study, the software development life cycle (SLDC) an overall process of software development which is consists of six cycles is used by the researchers.
First, the determination requirements. Software and hardware are the proposed system requirements to be used is determine by the researchers.
Second is gathering data. Interviews to the management will be conducted by the researchers and will gather data or information for the system.
Third is analysing data. To be able to identify the required information needed in the development of the system and viable solution to it, those data analysed by the researchers was being analysed.
Fourth, phase is designing. The system will be designed by the researchers and will specify the desire features. The conceptual model of user requirements whose block of codes where produced and defined its specification and operation in detail. A systematic approach is used to create a design by application of set of techniques and guidelines.
Fifth is coding. Encoding codes is done by the researchers and with the help of a technical expert to debug the program and to check if there are errors. To determine the reliability of the system an incorrect data is used to test the system. Also part of it is maintaining the system.
