The researchers have come up to develop a system and purpose and were set out to illustrate the functionalities and services of the Student E-Management with Decision Support system.
Specifically, are the following; are the features, functionalities and services that’s provides the system.
- Graphical reports on drop outs and failure by school year and by year level.
- Reports for enrolment list by year level and section and male/female.
- Provide easy access to search the file of the student.
- Keep all the confidential data of the student safe, secured and permanent.
- Display the personal information (name, parents, address, telephone, etc.).
- User level access.
- Computerized the manual process of making a student record such as Form 137 or a permanent record.
- To organize data in a structural way.
Scope and Limitation

For the teachers to access and use the system, first they should have a user account and sign in. It is for security reason and only the teacher and the admin of the school can access the system. The system would be LAN based so that the system would be available in the whole campus.
Lastly them main concern of the admin is that the safe keeping of all the confidential records of the students. Because the records of the students that have been made is sometimes got lost and sometimes are eaten by the termites because they just keep it in a box inside a cabinet. So, with this system, the records will be safe and secure from anything that will destroy it.
Significance of the Study
The main function of this study is to keep all the confidential records of the students, reliable and secure keeping and permanent record of all high school students’ data in (state your respondents, schoolname, or the subject of the study). The development of the school Student’s E-Management with Decision Support System to enhance the way of managing, searching of all the records of all the students’ confidential records.
This will be a big help for them to minimize their work by using the system for searching the record of the student.
