In the evolution of the state of the art technologies, many systems has been developed and used by the society in order to enjoy, to live and even to influence others.
The system is essential to be pursued in view of the fact that the system will contribute a lot of help to the school’s improvement as it competes to other prestigious institutions in terms of the utilization of technology. The Researchers want to take advantage of the technology advancement in order to give the institution an identity.
Objective of the Study

Establish a Social network that builds up a network of people among administrators, staff, faculty and students and to people outside Institution’s community.
Specific Objectives
- To be able to determine the awareness on social networking system among students, faculty and staff.
- To enhance peer- to-peer relationship among the members of the system.
- To promote dissemination of information within the institution.
- To evaluate the feasibility of social networking system in the discharge of duties and responsibilities of personnel.
Significance of the Study

Department Heads, Faculty and Staff
This system provides easy and real-time communication to every department heads, staff and faculty which is very essential for their performance in order to improve the services they rendered because this helps in the dissemination of information especially information about the school.
Students
The system is a big help to the students in order for them to be informed with the latest events of the school and to be acquainted with their instructors and other member of the system, also to give them some social media services that will promote academic conversations.
Future researchers
This study can be a basis to future researchers who will conduct a study similar to this and this will serve as a reference for their research.
Scope and Limitations of the Study
The focus of the study is to provide a social network intended for admins, staff, faculty, students and other member of the system that are not affiliated to the institution which is considered as a guest. This study includes live chat, forum and exchange of message to support member interaction and academic conversation which is supportive to the improvement of the institution as well as to the members of the system. It presents a viable alternative to the engagement of students and staff of the school.
The implementation of the system can be on Local Area Network (LAN)/Internet architecture. However, the system was published on the internet for evaluation and testing purposes and accessible at the (request a demo version).
