The current method is thought to be inefficient and ineffective in streamlining the whole process of providing and availing services.
Proposed Solution
To address the above-mentioned concerns, the researchers of the study proposed a Services Marketplace System. The said project will serve as a centralized platform where service providers and customers register to conveniently complete transactions. Service providers can offer their services electronically which can reach a wider range of customers and transactions will be easier. Customers also would not need to physically visit stores to avail services they wanted. The automated marketplace for services is an effective alternative which offer service providers and customers a much greater advantage and convenience.
Objectives of the Study
General Objective – The general objective of the project is to design and develop a services marketplace that will streamline the process of offering and availing services by service providers and customers.
Specifically, the researchers aim the following objectives:
- To develop a system that will serve as an electronic platform for service providers where they can offer their services.
- To develop a system that will allow customers to inquire and avail services online.
- The system will be a centralized platform for transactions between service providers and customers.
- The system will enable providing services conveniently.
- The system will make services-related transactions easy, fast, reliable and convenient.
Significance of the Study
The success of the project is significant to the following individuals and groups:
Service Providers. The success of the project will highly benefit them. They will have an alternative platform where they can market their services offered. They can respond to their customers quickly and efficiently.
Customers. By using the system, the customers can search, inquire and avail services conveniently. The system will let them save their time and effort.
Researchers. The success of the project will contribute to their knowledge and skills in developing successful programs.
Future Researchers. The study will serve as their reference in creating updates or in creating their own version of the project.

- Status – pending, cancelled, completed

Conclusion
At present, a person relies heavily in the use of technology to accomplish their tasks and activities. The researchers conducted the study to assess the process of transactions between service providers and customers. The researchers have seen that the current method is ineffective and causes too much hassle for both sides. With this, the researchers developed a Service Marketplace System. The result of the study showed that the developed system met the needs and requirements of the respondents and intended users. Majority of the respondents and intended users have seen the potential of the developed system.
Hence, the researchers concluded that the developed system is an effective alternative to streamline the process of transactions between service providers and customers. The developed system will assist the service providers in offering their services to the customers and the customers also can conveniently inquire for services. The developed system will ease up the overall process of the services-related transactions.

The researchers of the project highly recommend the implementation of the Services Marketplace System to be used as a centralized platform where service providers and customers do transactions. The developed system will allow the service providers to market their services offered and reach numerous number of customers. The customers on the other hand can conveniently availed services they wanted. The system is highly recommended for its efficiency and reliability that can be rendered to the service providers and customers. The researchers highlights the importance of the intended users to have enough knowledge about how the system will work for them to correctly use the system.
The researchers of the project specifically recommend the following:
- The researchers suggest that services providers should implement the use of the system for them to electronically market their services which is effective in reaching out increased number of customers.
