The current process will be improved with the implementation of the computerized system. This system will make the process easier and faster.
This study aims to provide a standard way recording of invoice, generate report and monitoring of products.
The proponents will create a module that will integrate the Point of Sales. This will also include module for availability of products when stock levels are insufficient to satisfy the orders.

The proponents will create a module that will integrate decision support system for demand planning for the inventory of the company. This module includes scheduling of purchasing of orders from the supplier and will determine the stock levels and slow and fast-moving products. This module will also include price optimization by considering the factors such as the packaging and the raw materials used on the products.
The proponents will create a module that will generate the reports that includes sales and inventory reports, statistical reports, customer reports, and back order reports for the Sales and Inventory for System with Decision Support system

The proponents will create a module that will integrate decision support system for demand planning for the inventory of the company. The proponents will use MySQL that will serve as the database and querying of the tables. The proponents will also use Visual Basic 6 or VB.Net application for this module for retrieving information needed in demand planning. The proponents will also use Visual Basic for creating an application to compute the total amount of raw products for suggesting prices.

- Monitoring of products – this module provides the admin the current status of products. This module includes modifying of the products in the system and also the stock levels.
- Monitoring of sales – this module gives the admin view of the income of their business.

- Product reports – module for status of products.
- Monthly and yearly reports – module for viewing of income.
- Purchase order reports – module for invoices from the ordering system.
- Statistical reports – module needed in the decision support system.
Decision Support System
- Demand planning for inventory – module that will integrate decision support system for demand planning for the inventory of the company. This module includes scheduling of purchasing of orders from the supplier and will determine the stock levels and slow and fast-moving products.
- What-if pricing scenario for sales – module to compute the total amount of raw products for suggesting prices.
