It improves operational efficiency and services provided by big and small businesses to its clientele.
Phones have become an important part of our modern-day life. We used it for communication, entertainment, and other important purposes. However, phones are machines, they are prone to inevitable damages. When phones get damaged, the owner seeks phone repair instead of getting a new one. This is why phone repair companies and shops are booming in the business industry. The future of mobile phones is foreseen to be great as well as the future of those in the phone repair industry.
The capstone project, “Phone Repair System” will allow phone repair companies to automate daily transaction processes. It will streamline the process of handling phone repair service orders, keeping reparation records, managing customer and transaction records, and other day-to-day transactions of the company. Conventionally, phone repair companies or shops manually manage their daily transaction which is inefficient. The conventional way will slow their operation and customers cannot obtain maximum satisfaction.
The researchers conducted the study to develop a system that will automate the transactions and operation of phone repair companies. The researchers aim to eliminate the errors and difficulties encountered in using the pre-existing method. The researchers will develop the project following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technique. The target users of the system are phone repair companies and shops who want to optimize their operation and services rendered to the customers.
The implementation of the system will significantly improve the operational efficiency of phone repair companies. It will streamline the day-to-day transaction of the shops in an easy, convenient, accurate, and efficient manner. Transactions including attending to customer orders, catering customer phone repair services, customer updates, the payment processes, and other transactions.

Conclusion
Technological Innovations are the driving force behind the progress of every industry and institution. This study was conducted to assess how to repair companies conduct daily business operations. The researchers have found out that most companies or shops still use manual methods to manage daily operations and transactions which is inefficient and not highly productive. With this, the researchers develop a Phone Repair System to automate all manual processes in a Phone Repair company.
The developed system was presented to the intended users and respondents for assessment and evaluation.
