A wedding is a significant occasion that a couple will remember for the rest of their lives. It symbolizes the relationship’s blessing. To be successful, such an elaborate event would necessitate meticulous planning. As a result, many couples choose to entrust their wedding planning to wedding planners. Wedding planners are in charge of arranging the ceremony and reception venues and guests, food, drink, and other wedding preparations. The wedding planners would, of course, consult with their clients about the arrangements to obtain approval and make revisions. Traditionally, wedding planners and their clients would meet in person to discuss the plan, view photos of the wedding venue and reception, and make other wedding arrangements. Both the wedding planners and the customer put in a lot of effort to make a successful wedding. They will have to devote a significant amount of time and attention to the wedding’s planning. Physical limitations and temporal constraints plague the existing method. Furthermore, the current strategy is not ideal given the present COVID-19 pandemic, which restricts our activities outside of the home and physical interactions.
In this study, the researchers aimed to address the concerns and issues encountered in the manual method. The researchers aimed to create an android-based wedding planner software to digitize transactions between wedding planners and their clients. The software will have a simple design that will allow wedding planners and their clients to communicate seamlessly and efficiently. The app simplifies communication on both sides and includes features that will enable you to exhibit photographs of wedding preparations and arrangements such as the wedding and reception design and venue, the wedding invitation, guest list, and other essential details. The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technique will be followed to develop the application. The researchers will gather a sample size of participating wedding organizers, their clients (couples), and other end users to test and check the system. To make adjustments, IT specialists will examine the system. In accordance with the recommendations of the experts, the researchers will improve the system.
Introduction of the Study
The existence of technology is advantageous for people in various ways. It has made life easy and simple, mainly accomplishing day-to-day tasks and activities. This capstone project, titled “KasalMo: Android-Based Wedding Planner Application,” is purposely designed to seamlessly streamline the transactions between wedding planners or organizers and their clients. It is an android-based platform that will allow a seamless connection between them to plan the wedding without the need for physical interactions successfully.
The majority of wedding planning and organization is done by hand. Wherein wedding planners and clients meet in person to discuss and plan the wedding. Wedding planners and their clients need to talk about the plan, provide images of the site, and make other wedding arrangements. This strategy isn’t ideal since it won’t be reliable in situations like the one we’re in right now when we’re dealing with a COVID-19 epidemic that’s limiting our ability to travel.

By having the system, successful planning for a wedding will be carried out in an easy, efficient, and hassle-free manner.
Objectives of the Study
General Objective – generally, the project aimed to develop a platform that will digitally transition wedding planning transactions.

Scope of the Study
This study concentrates on developing an android-based platform for wedding planning. The application is limited to wedding planning and organization used only. The application will be designed only with features that allow seamless communication between wedding planners and their clients and uploading wedding designs images. The researchers will gather a sample size of participating wedding organizers, their clients (couples), and other end-users to participate as respondents of the study.

Wedding Organizers/Planners. The system will ease up and simplify their work. It will allow them to offer a convenient platform to transact with their clients. They can successfully make wedding arrangements without the need for physical interventions.

Researchers. As a result of the research, they will have a better understanding of the project and will be more knowledgeable about it.
Future Researcher. The study will inform them and act as a guide for their future research on the project.
Conclusion
In this study, the researchers aimed to develop an android-based application designed purposely for wedding planners and their clients. This project is to address the concerns and issues encountered in the manual method. The study showed that the respondents and intended users rated the app satisfactorily in terms of user acceptability, effectiveness, quality, productivity, and dependability. The application met the need and requirements of the intended users and respondents of the study.
To conclude, the developed application is an effective tool for wedding organizers and their clients. The said application will efficiently streamline the transactions between wedding planners or organizers and their clients. By implementing the system, successful planning for a wedding will be carried out in an easy, efficient, and hassle-free manner.

The researchers strongly recommend the procedure for its efficiency and reliability that can be rendered to the end-users. The researchers also suggest that the end-users should be knowledgeable enough to utilize the system properly.

The application will allow them to meet for wedding arrangement meetings virtually. Implementing the android-based application is recommended to digitally transform wedding planning which is more accessible, efficient, and hassle-free for both sides.
