Employees Information is a subsystem of HRIS that will collect the profile information of the employees. The employee’s information may include biographical data, education, date of hire, position held with company, salary history, performance ratings, training, prior work experience, career interests/objectives, honors and awards, licenses and certifications, payroll information, attendance data, tax deduction information, pension contributions, and turnover. All employee’s information is stored in an electronic database. The profile information of the employees is made available for employees to update in case of changes. The said system will allow the organization’s HR department to manage employees’ information efficiently.

Service Records
Service Records allow the HR professionals to manage the list of accomplishments, work records, seminars, and workshops accomplished by the employees and the HR department as a whole. This subsystem will feed the Organization’s HR department with information that is critical in maintaining and improving the overall experience and benefits of the employees. The HR manager will be able to track the activities and accomplishments of every employee. The recorded data and information will serve as a future reference to design programs and activities for the organization’s employees.
The Service Records is useful for human resource development and career planning for the benefit of both the employees and the organization. This subsystem will allow employees to pinpoint and accurately assess their accomplishments as a member of the organization. Moreover, much training and development coursework for employees can be delivered effectively and cost-efficiently when integrated with an HRIS.

Payroll System
Payroll is a subsystem of HRIS that automates the payment process of employees. The system performs tracking of employee’s hours, calculating wages, withholding taxes and other deductions, printing and delivering checks, and paying employment taxes to the government. The records in this module will allow the HR department to view how well employees perform. Thus, it helps in making assessments so the organization can cut labor costs wherever possible.

Leave Management
The leave management module will allow the HR department to manage the leave records of the employees. This will serve as a platform wherein managing employee’s leave will be automated in a hassle-free manner for both the management and the employees.
