We now live in a technologically driven world. Through various means, technological innovation has created innovative solutions to accomplish chores and daily activities. Life has become much easier and simpler as a result of technological advancements. This project is another innovative computerized platform to ease up inquiring services. The purpose of this study was to determine how consumers obtain and enquire about services from service providers. Traditionally, they would enquire about services directly from service providers, which takes time. Traditional selling and marketing hinder service providers’ ability to reach a wider spectrum of customers. With this, the researchers aim to develop a platform that will digitally transform the platform for selling and inquiring services. The capstone project, “Service Selling Platform in Laravel,” is planned and developed in Laravel and will act as a centralized platform for service providers to sell their services. The researchers will build the project using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. The study’s participants will include a mix of service providers and their customers. End-users and a panel of IT professionals will review, test, and evaluate the project.
Introduction
Information Technology has undeniably made life easier and simpler. At present, accomplishing our daily tasks and running our day-to-day errands has become easy and convenient. This capstone project, titled “Service Selling Platform in Laravel” is an online and centralized platform where providers and clients sell and inquire about services, respectively. The said project is a service selling platform developed using Laravel, an expressive and elegant framework in developing web applications.
Nowadays, most individuals heavily rely on technology to complete day-to-day tasks from communication, shopping, and other errands. In terms of acquiring services, people tend to inquire about services from service providers. Conventionally, customers used to get services by going to the shop that provided them. In addition, service providers perform their transactions manually, which takes time and effort. The existing system is deemed inefficient and ineffectual in expediting the entire process of giving and receiving services.
Proposed Solution
To address the above-mentioned concerns, the researchers of the study proposed the development of the Service Selling Platform built using Laravel. The proposed system will function as a single point of contact for marketing and enquiring about various services. The said platform would act as a platform for automated transactions between various service providers and customers. Service providers can offer their services electronically, allowing them to reach a bigger audience and simplify transactions. Customers would also be relieved of the need to physically visit stores to obtain the services they desire. The automated marketplace for services is a viable alternative that provides significant benefits and convenience to both service providers and clients.
Objectives of the Study
General Objective- the researchers’ main goal is to build a service selling platform using Laravel that would ease up and simplify service selling transactions.
The following are the specific objectives of the project:

- To develop a system that will allow customers to inquire and avail services online.
- To streamline transactions between service providers and customers.
- To eliminate the manual selling and inquiring of services.

Scope of the Study
The project mainly aims on implementing a service selling platform for service providers and their clients. The system is limited on allowing service providers to market their services offered and transact with the customers. The customers on the other hand can browse for services, book with the service providers, and complete payment transactions for the services inquired. The platform is specifically made to ease up and simplify transactions between service providers and customers. The researchers will gather a sample size of service providers and clients to participate as respondents of the study.

Future Researchers. They will use the research as a guide for making improvements or building their version of the project.

Conclusion
In this study, the researchers developed a Service Selling Platform using Laravel. The reason behind the project is that the researchers have seen that the current method of service selling is ineffective and causes too much hassle for both the service provider and the clients. Thus, the researchers developed a Service Selling Platform in Laravel. The developed project was presented to the target end-users and respondents for assessment. The result showed that the target users rated the system satisfactorily. The majority of them have seen the potential of the system in providing their needs and requirements in terms of selling or acquiring services.
As a result, the researchers concluded that the developed system is a viable solution for streamlining the transaction process between service providers and clients. The established system will aid service providers in providing services to clients, and customers will be able to easily inquire about services. The designed technology will simplify the overall process of transactions involving services.
