Due to the fierce rivalry in the real estate market, those in the field of the real estate industry have turned to technology as a marketing edge. The project’s progress will alter the interactions between agents and buyers. The information supplied on the internet platform is simply accessible, allowing clients to restrict their searches and choose the best properties. The construction of an internet platform might give a real estate company an advantage over competitors. The platform has the potential to attract a more serious and wealthy consumer. The researchers will develop the project following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technique. The researchers will subject the outcome of the project to evaluation with a panel of IT experts and target end-users for further improvement of the project’s output and ensure smooth and complete functionality of the system.
