Any company’s or organization’s human resource department is critical to the company’s overall performance. HR encompasses a wide range of functions, from providing skilled and talented labor to offering training services for employees’ development, employee enrichment opportunities, and other activities that promote employee efficiency and contribute to the organization’s success. Most significantly, they are in charge of a large amount of personnel data that they must capture, preserve, and keep confidential for future reference and company needs. Human errors are almost certain to occur if HR operations are done manually. The researchers look into this opportunity and propose that the capstone project, “HRMS with Algo Searching and Live Chatting Using PHP,” be developed. The suggested project is a Human Resource Management System capable of searching data in enormous amounts of files and allowing firm employees to connect electronically through a live chat. The PHP framework will be used to construct the project.
