Computers are increasingly used to replace manual tasks as well as older inventions such as the radio and television. People now use technology to make things much simpler, easier, and faster. Some did it as a hobby, while others did it as a source of revenue. Over the years, technology has advanced at a dizzying pace. Its most recent inventions aid in addressing people’s more complex questions. People use technology for a variety of reasons, one of which is to use computers. Some people use it to conduct transactions, while others use it for education and data storage. In this scenario, researchers use this platform to develop a way for them to contribute to a firm. They integrate the capstone project titled “POS, CRM, and Inventory Manager Using Laravel with TailwindCSS” as an application form so that it is convenient and easy to access. Users can automate whatever technology they have so that they can use the site at their leisure. The researchers will create the “Ecommerce App using WooCommerce with flutter” using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technique. The SDLC approach consists of several stages that lead to the production of software, such as identifying project requirements, data collection and analysis, designing, and coding.

Better not be handy as well because just a restricted platform or technology will be utilized to access the system, but this time researchers devised a better solution in which all three business operations will be performed in a single setting.

As a solution to the aforementioned problem, this project intends to provide a system that aids in inventory management, customer relationship management, and point of sale systems in businesses and companies. After encountering several challenges with the manual mode of transaction, this capstone project was created to complement the system implementation. The application can help organizations manage their inventory by making it easier to save and manage the data they need for future use, as well as making file retrieval easier than the manual technique. The program can help the business POS by allowing for faster and easier transactions, notably payment interactions between customers and business workers. Customers will pay for goods or services electronically, and the system will offer an electronic receipt of the purchases. The application also works with client relations, allowing them to track customer satisfaction and comments. The application in question will give firms more flexibility, control, and knowledge over their business processes and transactions.
Objectives of the Study
General Objective– The researchers’ major goal is to design, develop, and deploy an application based on POS, CRM, and inventory manager that will automate and deal with all of the business operations of these three aspects.
The researchers specifically aim the following objectives:

- To conveniently generate reports on the business’s transactions that have been processed and completed.

- To provide a simple, user-friendly, effective, convenient, and efficient platform for POS, CRM, and inventory management.

This system is intended for business users who need to keep track of their commodities and products.
