This idea has gotten the world of writing into vast of platform where a lot people can access and share their thoughts through wiring. Article journals are important matter when it comes to educational information relevance, these matters usually in a study or in a research premises. The capstone project entitled “Article Journal Management System in Laravel” is a systemize platform that manages articles journals. The system is serving as the best platform for the authors to display their respective talents and ideas in writing which is giving them the platform to post it online so that a lot of people will access and can gain idea as well about the writings. Traditional managements limit the factors and features which writers can fully experience in this system. This system is website systems where authors can write their articles, save ad publish their journals in this website. It is a type service where writers will be given the opportunity to manage their journal articles in a secure, safe and efficient website so that they can monitor the outgoing and ingoing conditions of their articles. Its goal is to design and implement a management system for Article journals in most efficient as possible. It has features like log in form, generate reports and dashboard where end users can monitor and manage their article journals. The capstone is designed in Lavarel framework and will be develop through SDLC.
Introduction of the Study
The capstone project entitled “Article Journal Management System in Laravel” is a systemize platform that manages articles journals. This system is website systems where authors can write their articles, save ad publish their journals in this website. It is a type service where writers will be given the opportunity to manage their journal articles in a secure, safe and efficient website so that they can monitor the outgoing and ingoing conditions of their articles. This is designed to make any type of publishing or posting article journal online more efficient and so authors and writers can readily access the articles regardless on their locations. This system will also simplify process for editors to edit, review and monitor the journals while reducing the admins load and carrying burdens.
In a traditional way of managing journal articles was hectic to authors and editors for it requires a lot of effort and cost to save publish and post the articles. It also limited accessible to people because it was not directly advance and systemize platform, as well as it was design with a limited features. Physical materials are required in order for the articles to keep and load, it was also publish usually in a hardcopies in order for it to distribute and be displayed in a library or any type of display where it was needed in a certain place. With this issuance and problems have undertaken in the traditional way of managing article journal it is needed for the system to be finalize so that it would cover the existing gap that takes place in the old method.
Proposed Solution
The authors of the report proposed the creation of “Article Journal Management System in Laravel” to fill a gap in the current Article journal Management System. This is to overcome and remodel the basic process that was being carried out in the absence of any technological innovation. The proposed technology will digitally transform the entire operation of authors, editors and writers in their Article Journals journey. The system will be the guide for them to keep pursuing their skills and providing them the platform where they can freely express thoughts and brains and keeping them safe as well as publishing it online. The system will serve as the managers for their articles where it will be carried efficiently with no errors and mistake to be take upon. They will be able to centralize their books, journal and article resource information as a result of the planned initiative. The transactions that are present in a physical management of article journal will be present in this system as well, but without the limits of dealing with the traditional procedure.
Objectives of the Study
General objectives – the systems overall goal is to design and implement a management system for Article journals in most efficient as possible.
The researchers specifically aim to achieve the following objectives:

Scope of the Study
The entire implementation will be devoted to the creation of an Article Journal Management System in Laravel, which will digitally revolutionize the entire functioning of article’s management. The system’s intended users are authors or writers and editors as well as the admin for the system. All files are password-protected, and there is only one user-level and one administrator. It is also open to everyone or visitors where they can view some article needed for their research purposes. Users can log in and register for open access to the system, once a user register they can freely write an article in the system alone. They can also generate the report and manage their article at the same time.

Writers/ Authors: in the success of the system, they are the most significant beneficiary. It will make their tasks easier, especially when it comes to keeping track of and monitoring various article journal operations. It can enhance their skills even more because it giving them the platform to express their talents. It will definitely be good and best for them.
Admin: with this system they can finalize reports and manage the articles easily without the hindrance of mistakes and error for it will be giving them a centralized platform vibes.
Researchers: The success of the study will be mainly reliant on their programming skills and abilities.
Future Researchers: The study’s findings will be utilized as a starting point for developing their version of the system.

The system is serving as the best platform for the authors to display their respective talents and ideas in writing which is giving them the platform to post it online so that a lot of people will access and can gain idea as well about the writings. It is indeed important to have a responsive system for this situation because research are widely used and needed in this times, thus the system will serve as the guiding platform for the researchers to find reviewers and relevant information. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the current and manual article journal management system. The preliminary analysis suggests that authors encountered problems in managing the entire operation of the said journals with speed while also offering gratifying services to users. The study’s findings revealed that the produced system met the demands and requirements of the end-users. The technology will increase the overall operational efficiency of article journals as well as the services provided to end users.

The researchers strongly propose that the method be implemented based on the good responses of the study’s respondents. The produced endeavor is highly suggested because of the efficiency and dependability it may provide to the target end-users.
