This method of shoe shopping has been used for a long time and is becoming inefficient, especially now that technology is advancing. Many establishments and businesses are gradually shifting to smarter methods of operation. With the substantial increase in mobile phone users nowadays, businesses have an opportunity to expand their marketing approach and go virtual. This study is all about developing an application that will allow shoe businesses to transition digitally. This is an e-commerce platform that is solely for shoes. The researchers will design and develop the application using the flutter framework. The flutter framework is a cross-platform used to develop android and ios applications. The said Shoe Shop Application will market different shoes by posting pictures of the actual shoes with their description and prices. The end-users should have their account in the application to electronically shop for shoes that they prefer and then place a legit order. Through these smart means, they would not need to spend so much time and effort looking for shoes that will satisfy their needs. The application will improve the operational efficiency and sales revenue of the shoe shop as well as the overall customer experience in buying shoes. The application will go through the testing, checking, and evaluation phase to ensure complete and smooth functionality. The target users of the application are those who are fond of shopping for shoes and shoe stores and shops.

With just a few swipes and clicks they can then buy shoes that they want. The application will make shoe shopping easy, fast, convenient, and efficient.

This study was conducted to assess the current situation of shoe businesses. After the initial investigation, the researchers found out that most shoe shops are open to digitally transitioning their business operations. To respond, the researchers proposed the development of the Shoe Shop Application. An online platform to sell shoes. The researchers developed the application using the flutter framework and presented it to the target end-users. The result of the study showed that the developed application met the needs and requirements of the researchers and intended users. The researchers concluded that the developed application is efficient to streamline the needs of the end-users for a user-friendly and convenient way to purchase shoes.
