Implementation Plan

The project entitled Fingerprint-Based Activity Attendance Monitoring System will be installed in ICT office of the company to be accessed only by the authorized users for clearance and attendance security purposes.

The following are the requirements that are needed for the implementation of the Fingerprint-Based Activity Attendance Monitoring System.

Software Requirements

• Operating System – Windows 7/8/10

People Requirements

• HR Personnel – They will be the in charge in operating the system. They must be trained and oriented to fully familiarize the proper flow of the system.

System Modules:

Department Module – lists of department of the school.

Designation Module – lists of official position of the school.

Employees Information Module – records the personal information of employee.

Events Module - lists of events and activities of the school.

Employee Fingerprint Registration Module - this is the module where the fingerprint data of every employee are recorded and stored in the database.

Attendance Module – attendance of the employee will be captured by the fingerprint reader and will be stored in the database

Attendance Information Module – the module of the system where the employee can check and view its attendance records.

Reports Module – records can be print and exported into csv and excel format.
