Complaints Handling with Evaluation System and Decision Support System Documentation
The project entitled Complaints Handling with Evaluation System is an information system that will replace the current manual method of gathering complaints and suggestions from suggestions boxes. The aim of this project to design and develop a web and mobile based application wherein students, faculty and staff of the college can post their complaints and suggestions with anonymity.
The mobile app and the web app or the control panel shares a central repository of records or database. PHP and MySQL were used for the web development and jQuery Mobile and Apache Cordova for the mobile application.
