Abstract of Cashless Transaction System using RFID Card
The project entitled “Cashless Transaction System using RFID Card” will be used by the Academic institutions in order to innovate how payment transactions would be conducted. Radio-frequency identification (RFID) uses electromagnetic fields to automatically identify and track tags attached to objects. The said device will be used and will serve as their cash card for every transactions in the school that includes payment of tuition, and other services offered by the school. Faculty, staff, students and other stakeholders must avail the service for this will be the normal of transactions inside the campus. C# was used for it can directly accessed the RFID device using API and Software development kit and Maria for the database or storage of the records and transactions. Cashier office is the designated office where the stakeholders can replenish their accounts, in addition the RFID card would also serve as their Identification Card. Output of the system was presented to the school administrators and their feedback is very positive. Thus, implementation of the project is highly recommended.
