WordPress: Managing Plugins
Plugins are tools to extend the functionality of WordPress.
Manage plugins:
1. Login to your WordPress site using the administrator account.
2. Click Plugins in the Plugins tab in your dashboard to go to the Plugins administration form.
3. You’ll see the list of available plugins.
4. Click Deactivate link if you want to disable the plugin that you’ve selected, click Edit link if you want to modify the plugin, Delete to delete the plugin, Activate to enable the plugin.
Upload plugins:
1. Login to your WordPress site using the administrator account.
2. Click Add new in the Plugins tab in your dashboard to go to the Install Plugin form.
3. Click the upload link.
4. Browse the downloaded plugin in your local computer and click Install Now button.
